B. Mid Season Highlights

We deliver to QLD, NSW, ACT and VIC. Deliveries are free for orders of $100 worth or more. For orders under $100, we partially subsidize the costs and charges our customers $9.99 for metro areas and $14.99 for regional areas.Unfortunately we are not able to service WA, NT and SA customers due to quarantine constraints.

We accept weekly pre-orders till Wednesday 9pm. Upon receiving the orders, we will harvest and pack your lychees on Thursday or Friday. We aim to deliver to your doorsteps mid - late the following week for metropolitan areas and it might take a few extra days for regional areas. For orders placed after Wed 9pm, we will include it in the same dispatch if we can, otherwise it will fall into next week's dispatch.

Our logistic partners transports the lychees in refrigerated trucks and vans where temperatures range between 3-5 degrees. We pack your lychees with cool packs in thermo materials. The plastic lychee bags are specially designed to inhibit fruits' breathing activities to slow down the ripening process.Whilst these measures help keep the lychees fresh for longer, we strongly recommend that you bring them inside your home as soon as possible and do not leave them in a hot environment for extended periods of time, especially not under direct sun exposure.

No problem! It's common that our customers are not at home at the time of the delivery. At check out, you can specify instructions for the driver to leave the lychees in a safe place.Rest assured, our packaging is specially designed to keep the lychees fresh even if they are left outside for some time, thanks to the cool packs and thermo materials

We want you to enjoy your lychees! If something isn’t right, please email contact@barronriver.com.au as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, clear photos and roughly how much fruit is affected. We’ll review the issue and arrange an appropriate refund
